JAISON LEROY
A fourth generation Montanan, Jaison grew up in Bozeman. He set out to see the world at age 18, when he enrolled in the Western Culinary Institute. He has a passion for Japanese cuisine and owns the fine dining company Omakase, where he serves up Edomai style sushi. He brings a passion for high quality food to 406 Market.
AUSTIN QUINN
With over a decade of experience in hotels, restaurants, catering, and abroad in Europe and southeast Asia, Austin has worked hard to build a reputation of genuine hospitality. Growing up in Montana, Austin grew a passion for spreading the word of the wonderful products this state’s ranchers and farmers have to offer. Austin also utilizes locally sourced ingredients for his successful catering company, ‘Gather’, that provides their services all over this great state as well.
MAGGIE McCOY
Coming from an agricultural background, Maggie has a passion for connecting farmers with their community through the food that they produce. She is also a spreadsheet nerd and keeps the office running.
